As an ECommerce Specialist at Touchstone Education, you will play a critical role in managing our online business, driving sales, and enhancing our digital presence.

With over 3 years of experience as an ECommerce website manager, preferably with expertise in Shopify, you will be responsible for optimizing our ECommerce website, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, our analysts and IT, to ensure seamless ECommerce operations and a superior customer experience. You will utilise website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and GA4, to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.

Your creative thinking and innovative ideas will be valued as you assist in the execution of ECommerce marketing campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial as you manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates on our ECommerce website. You will stay updated with the latest ECommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in website design, functionality, and performance.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimise our ECommerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates, to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.

· Utilize website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.

· Stay updated with industry regulations, such as GDPR and PCI compliance, and ensure compliance in all ECommerce activities.

· Stay updated with the latest ECommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in website design, functionality, and performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to ensure successful ECommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes.

· Provide outstanding customer support by monitoring and responding to inquiries, feedback, and reviews, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

· Generate regular reports on ECommerce performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

· Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Essential: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an ECommerce Website Manager, preferably with expertise in Shopify

· Ideal: CRM proficiency with Salesforce or Hubspot.

· Strong understanding of ECommerce best practices, including website design, UX, CRO, and SEO.

· Proficient in website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

· Experience with online marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay, is a plus.
