Salary- £25,000
This is a hybrid role, with regular meetings in Bristol, as well as working from home. You are expected to have the ability to work from home when applying for this position.

Why is this role important to us?
As our Subscriptions Administrator, you are key to providing an amazing experience to our most loyal customers, our subscribers. You do this through optimising our subscription platform and assisting in the development of our subscription model, driving both new subscriber acquisition as well as retention.
But what will this role actually do day to day?
Support the management and optimisation of our existing subscription platforms through efficient administration, driving engagement and improving retention.
Support the ongoing management and set up of our third-party applications as well as any subscriptions specific operational requirements needed to support other departments including store launches, product data updates, testing
Support the Customer service team with any issues relating to subscription customer facing experiences as well as back end administrative challenges.
Assist in the collection and reporting of relevant subscription data and KPI’s including cancellation reasons
Work with our operations team to ensure a consistent and reliable subscription service, ensuring subscription stock is available through a strong allocation process
Where required, work alongside CRM to help support subscriptions for relevant marketing campaigns including new product launches/reformulations
Manage subscription applications and integrations for new or functional changes
Keep up to date with new ideas or propositions with subscriptions in other businesses so that we can give our customers the best possible service
Execute the subscription strategy for 2023
Pass on any product feedback or new product suggestions to the Product team
Highlight any repeat customer queries to Customer service so that the Knowledgebase can be updated
Weekly Recharge call to discuss support requests or open tickets
