The role
Our close-knit HR team is looking for an HR Administrator to help manage G-Research's continuing growth. Your role will be to support the team across the full employee lifecycle, from offer to off boarding.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Owning all HR administration, ensuring all records, files and documents are accurate and well organised
Managing new starter on-boarding and employee due diligence, including creation of contracts, management of the background screening process, reference administration, right to work checks and enrolment onto HR systems
Inputting and maintaining employee data in the Core HR system
Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies, processes and procedures
Responding to tickets and queries via the HR service desk
Delivering, or contributing to, improvement projects
Who are we looking for?
Previous HR experience is highly desired or any other experience in an administrative role.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional organisation and time management
- Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve where necessary
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to complete tasks with confidence
- Computer literacy, particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to manage several tasks at once
- Previous experience with HR systems would be preferred
- Strong team player
- High level of confidentiality
