You will join an organisation undertaking a digital transformation. As the organisation changes, you will promote and deliver user support and issue resolution with a focus on building working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
This will include providing onsite and remote user support, triaging, and responding to support desk queries, helping with new kit requests and setup, and supporting the team with training activities, onboarding new software and ways of working.
This role is perfect for an individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, who enjoys learning about new technologies and supporting people at work.
- Commercial experience in an IT service role (onsite and remote)
- Windows and Mac.
- Microsoft 365
- Supporting smart devices and tablets.
- Network and telephony
- Cloud technologies e.g. Azure Services.
