We have an exciting opportunity to join SSCL, we are looking for a Subject Access Processor to join our team working for our government clients. You will be responsible for reading documents and redacting information, in line with GDPR and the data Protection Act 2018.
We offer hybrid working for this role, you will be required to be in our Newport office Monday & Wednesdays and the other 83 days you will work from home! Our hours are 7.30-3.30, however if you are interested in this role but are unable to commit to these hours, please get in touch as we are flexible.
What you will be doing:
Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output

Process work at a defined level of quality

Resolve queries, escalate (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group), and log if appropriate

To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis

Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups

Identify and suggest areas of improvement

Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually
- Support line management on any additional admin when required
