We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Aviemore Dental Practice, part of the Portman Dental Care group, in Aviemore.
No previous dental experience is needed for this role. If you have a genuine interest in health and well-being, possess a specific interest in dentistry and have an aptitude to learn, grow and develop, we want to hear from you. At Portman Dental Care, you will have the resources and support you need to help you succeed in becoming a fully qualified Dental Nurse

- Training supported by our highly experienced team - your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded by Portman

About you
We welcome your application if you have the following:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or modern equivalent 4 or above) are essential to undertake the course
- Enjoy working as part of a team, and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care
- Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair side assistance, ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session
- Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures.
- Drive to undergo training as required to develop your skills and abilities
