THE OPPORTUNITY
Introducing a brand-new opportunity within our wonderful Creative team as Styling Assistant.
As Styling Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work within a highly talent and creative team amongst the excitement and buzz of the studio and on site location shoots where required.
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Stylist in day-to-day administration that supports creative shoot planning. You will play a key role within the photography studio, assisting all creative and ecommerce shoots across both brands. You will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of creative shoot process.

You will be working Monday-Friday, 9-5 and will be based in our Head Office in Banbury. You will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week on average, dependant on business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Ordering all styling and props from the signed off styling packs created by the Senior Stylist
- Organising the timely returns of all styling after each shoot as in line with the capacity planner
- Working closely with Senior Stylist on maintain the shoot budget and expenses tracker
- Building and maintaining great relationships with buying to enable you to support the Studio Assistant in sourcing all product for shoots
- Working closely with the Studio Assistant to make sure all product for shoots is correct and prepared ahead of time, product to be packed and organised for shoots outside the photography studio
- Assisting the Senior Stylist on all campaign shoots; prepping the outfit rail, making sure next shots are ready as per the shoot plan, dressing the models and packing down at the end of the day
- Supporting the wider Creative team in looking after all the product in wardrobe room and on set – ensuring that the products are always well kept and tracked. This includes maintaining the props for each brand, working wit\h the Senior Stylist to implement a numbered props library system
- Looking after models/talents wellbeing in office, studio, on set or location
- Being responsible for maintaining the stylists’ kits (pins, thongs, bulldog clips etc) and replenishing as needed
- Occasionally dressing and styling onset models where required
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Company
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- A keen interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry
- Ability to thrive in busy environments with a ‘can do’ attitude
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication at various levels
- Highly organised
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable
- Knowledge of Canva/Illustrator is desirable
PERFECTLY PACKAGED
- A salary of £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
