Job Description


This position requires a highly motivated, technical & commercially minded person to work closely with the Global Search Business Director and Global Search Group Director to plan, manage and implement effective SEO strategies for Nestlé global business units. Manage day-to-day SEO activity and core client relationships to deliver a full range of SEO services that exceed client objectives and expectations.

For this role, you will be expected to have an excellent understanding of SEO, ranging across technical and content. Knowledge of PPC and Retail Search (Amazon, Carrefour etc.) will be highly appreciated.

The role sits within the Nestlé Worldwide team (WW team), which comprises a team of 20+highly experienced team members that are strategically and digitally focused. The WW team is responsible for circa 33 markets (including regional hubs), of which we are running Search activity in 16.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of day-to-day client relationships, overseeing and leading all client communication
  • All projects are delivered to a high quality and professional standard aligned with the agreed timings
  • Formulate strategies from analysis and audits using a combination of resources including but not limited to SEO
  • Build and continually improve internal (team members, planning teams, other channel specialists) and external (clients, third-party agencies, suppliers) relationships
  • Where required support any collaboration projects
  • Monitoring and workload management of one SEO specialist within the team using project management platforms like Monday.com
  • Coaching and training of the team member as required
  • Where required support new business pitches, including the creation of resources, attendance at pitches and workshops
  • Support the Global Search Business Director and Global Search Group Director with finance, other commercial operations as well as administrative tasks

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE

  • Solid and demonstrable proven experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment with enterprise-level clients
  • Experience optimizing websites for SEO
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of how websites work
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
  • Confident, comfortable and professional when communicating with clients and third parties
  • Proven demonstrable experience of developing and executing SEO multi-market and multi-language strategies co-ordinating with local and central teams
  • Hands on experience of using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRUsh, BrightEdge, LookerStudio, Deepcrawl and other relevant SEO platforms
  • Experience on PPC strategy development to be able to talk broad strategy and concept
  • Experience activating PPC campaigns on Google would be beneficial
  • Some experience on eRetail Search would be an advantage
