Due to rapid expansion, PitStop Productions are looking for highly-motivated Studio Operations Assistant to join the team in our studios in Croydon, London on a full time basis to support the day to day running of the Voice Over and Motion-Capture studios.
Some of our titles include: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Baldur’s Gate 3 and many more yet to be announced!

Responsibilities
- On site support for all daily studio operations
- Support the Studio Operations Manager with purchasing requests
- Managing crew levels to be aligned with studio bookings
- Inter-departmental communication regarding the on-going projects
- Scheduling actors, crew, studio bookings
- Support the studio Operations Manager with recruitment of freelance staff
- General Ad hoc studio runner duties such as making drinks for actors, tidying, helping with the laundry, meeting and greeting actors and clients

Essential

- Able to work occasional overtime or weekend work as required
- Previous studio experience
- Confidence using Google sheets and documents
Desirable
- Previous experience with scheduling software such as Timify would be advantageous
- Production experience in Film or TV
Working hours: Core hours would be 9:30 - 6pm Mon - Fri however flexibility is expected.
Contract type/length: Full time Permanent. 6 month Probation period
Salary: £24,000 per year
This position will be held at our VoiceOver and Motion-Capture studios in Croydon, London.
