Established in 2008 in Cheltenham, No Regrets now has four studios across the south of England, with the clear vision to connect tattoo collectors with artists. Creating a unique collaboration through the journey from inspiration and design to tattoo; connection is at the centre of what we believe leads to great artwork on the skin.
No Regrets are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Studio Coordinator for their Bristol location. The role will require the candidate to have excellent customer service experience and empathetic communication skills, with a strong interest in tattoos or art also desirable.
The Job:
To help prepare the studio for the day; including cleaning of the studio and tattoo equipment, topping up supplies and ensuring the space is ready for our clients and artists. Upkeep of the studio throughout the working day, including basic maintenance.
Ensuring the client journey is the best it can be, from the moment they walk in the door, to the moment they leave. Our clients are number one priority, so we want to make sure they are comfortable and happy at all times. Offer and prepare refreshments for both clients and artists, being on-hand to assist throughout the day.
Taking payments from clients and calculating artist splits. Managing studio budgets and placing supply orders, upkeep of studio bills and utilities. Helping to organise studio social events.
Building great relationships with the artists, understanding the different personalities and working styles within the studio and maintaining a balanced and harmonious environment.
Working proactively within all aspects of the role, showing care and attention to detail with every task.
Assisting the rest of the team with any tasks as necessary. Helping with studio reports and always looking for ways to improve procedures.
About You:
You won't need studio experience as we will give you full training, but let us know if you have any.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience of at least 4 years is required. Our brand has a reputation for excellence, you will need to represent this in all aspects of the role with a high level of attention to detail.
You'll need to be great with people, able to multitask and unshakeable in a crisis. Being organised is key! Customer service experience is imperative, as our clients are the most valued part of our business. You need to be easy going and happy to get stuck in with every aspect of running the studio, flexibility to cover while other staff are on holiday will be required. You'll need to be good with numbers as you'll be handling money every day. An interest in tattoos is important, we are a company of creatives. This role is not a tattoo apprenticeship, nor will it lead to one.
