Becoming a Pharmacist within our business will give you the opportunity to support the growth and success of the business by applying professional expertise in the supply of medicinal products. Working within the Clinical Logistics team and alongside our state of the art Aseptic Compounding Unit.
Our Pharmacists work within the Clinical Logistics team and play a critical part in supporting patient care by carrying out professional and clinical screening of all prescriptions to provide clear visibility of the patient’s adherence and persistence, resulting in improved outcomes.
As a Pharmacist you will support patients to optimise their treatments; providing patient counselling and advice and liaising with healthcare professionals in referring centres regarding their patients and the service provided by the business. You will oversee and perform final accuracy checking of the dispensing and supply of medicinal products, act as the Responsible Pharmacist when required and find solutions to operational issues such as the need to source and/or supply medicines urgently.
You will be joining at a ground-breaking time having the ability to work with new and upcoming treatments within our Private and Rare Disease sector.

The salary for this role is £44,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. This role works under a 60/40 hybrid working model. This is a Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm (8 hour Shifts), with only 1 in 12 weekends on call!

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:
- Undergraduate Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent)
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a community or hospital environment
- Exceptional communication skills including active listening, questioning and demonstrating interpersonal sensitivity
- Exceptional data analytical skills, with a proven record of finding solutions to trends found within the data
