About Us:
White2Label Manufacturing is a fashion supplier working exclusively with direct to consumer brands, assisting them in bringing high quality products, in-demand styles and collections to market for end-consumers.
Since launching towards the end of 2018, we have quickly established ourselves as a market leader and have grown exponentially year on year ever since. In 2021, we decided to bring a lot of our outsourced processes in-house to have better oversight of the process, stricter quality control and offer a more efficient and dynamic service to our clients.

The role itself will be dynamic - we currently offer a range of in-house and outsourced services to clients, so the successful applicant will be expected to assist in all areas of the operation including - DTG, Vinyl, Embroidery & Screen Printing (training can be provided, but experience is preferred)

What you will be doing:
- Assisting in stock counting, assortment and preparation for jobs
- Setting up and running HTV, Embroidery, DTG and screen printing (6 colour manual press)
- Quality control throughout the entire process; from un-bagging items, to customisation and post-print inspections to ensure everything that leaves the facility has passed quality control.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment.
Screen Printer requirements:
- At least 1 years experience in a production setting is preferred
- Good eye for design and quality control
- Proficient and meticulous with their work
- Experience in production management; including implementation of new and efficient processes to maximise productivity throughout the working day
- Fashion Orientated
Shift Patterns and Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Potential for overtime work on evenings/ weekends during busy periods
- 9 working hour days with 45 minute unpaid breaks split across one 15 minute, one 30 minute break.
