Customer Experience Team Member

Location: London East

Salary:£24,252.25 - £25,300 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the CustomerExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
