Customer Experience Team Member (part time)
Location: Coventry
Salary: £21,786 - £23,100 pro rata (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 15 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work weekends between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students

- An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
- You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
