The Role
The Reprographics Technician will be responsible for production of all printed resources for Malvern St James. You will report directly to the IT Manager and liaise with members of staff across the School.
We are looking for a capable Reprographics Technician who has good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also have experience working within a school setting and have undertaken reprographics duties. You will need a proactive, flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to multi-task, alongside a meticulous attitude, with accuracy and attention to detail being essential characteristics.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Oversee all reprographics requests and using the ticket system to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and with the correct resource.
· Undertake photocopying, scanning, booklet making and any other reprographic request received.
· Manage the delivery of outsourced print jobs where external print agencies are commissioned.
· Ensure that all work is supported with appropriate audit trails and maintained to the highest standard, supported by clear, organised and accurate filing systems.
· Provide Reception duties to cover absences.
· Provide administrative support as required including use of iSAMS database and filing of paper records.

· Be aware of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and to report any concerns in accordance with the school’s safeguarding policy.
· To comply with the school’s Health and Safety policy and statutory requirements.
· Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Hourly rate - £11.10 + £1.34 Holiday pay = £12.44
