Job description
We are seeking an experienced manager with excellent leadership skills to lead, manage and supervise the Student Experience Team to ensure the excellent provision of the service delivered to students and staff, the setting and monitoring of standards of performance, an appropriate level of delegation, development and training to enable the team to operate in an optimal manner.
You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience), relevant experience of management in higher education and an understanding of the academic environment and current related issues.
