The Company:
A global FM and property management company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services for a commercial facility in Nottingham as part of a 2 man team.
You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line mechanical maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing, filter changes and tap temps.
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role, and that you are a fully or part qualified electrical Engineer.
The normal working week is 40 hours: (07.00am - 16.00pm)
Week 1 Mon, Tues, Weds ,Thurs ,Sat ,Sun ( 6 Days)
Week 2 Tues ,Weds, Thurs ,Fri (4 Days)
The Salary:
Salary is £34k - £38k + 25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
Call out is 1 in 4 with the allowance being £100 per week. You respond to emergencies of 2 sites in Nottingham and Sheffield as to which you will have to use your own vehicle, however mileage and petrol costs will be covered .
