As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing and promoting an environment of long-term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
- Licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) within the state of London.
- COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of the client and his or her family to complete individualized treatment plans
- Assess client’s ability to accept community support services and be able to relate to specific job requirements of the program and program staff.
- Provide LIS’s (Clinical Interviews) on a weekly basis on all new clients admitted to the facility. Adhere to any applicable regulations.
- Assess any issues regarding supervision or treatment quality and communicate these options or trends to appropriate parties.
- Maintain adequate supplies for each case for the duration of their stay. Purchasing, distributing, tracking, and billing are responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Treatment Team members to provide case coordination and treatment options to the client.
- Facilitate treatment decisions between the client, his or her family, counselors, staff and medical providers in a non-judgmental manner.

Salary: From £26,500.00 per year
