Job Profile:-
-Experienced in Street Works/Administrative Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the Security & Investigations industry, within a Highway Authority and construction company and Skilled in Streetworks.
- Submitting & coordinating all street works permits on behalf of the company’s new customer connections installations team.
- Running internal & external weekly meetings with managers & Local authorities to implement changes and resolve issues with installs
- Submitting any permit change requests from Highway Authorities (PMRs, Refusals etc)
- Liaising with Highway Authorities & Project Managers regarding planned upcoming works and working within tight deadlines.
- Creating suitable Diversion Routes for Traffic Management Plans.
- Applying for crane licences, Parking suspensions, TTROs etc
- Creating daily reports for permit starts and stops.
- Full use of Street Manager
- Full use of Aurora Symology
- Full use of Salesforce
- Full use of precision pay – making payments for invoices daily
- Extensive knowledge of NRSWA and LoPS
- All general admin relating to Customer connections.

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
