About the Team
The Strategy Operation team plays a core role in identifying strategic opportunities and achieving business goals through quantitative analysis and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with category managers to design category operation strategies (e.g. fashion, beauty, home&living, electronics, etc.), including sellers, products and content strategies that help business scale up .
- Analyze seller segments, optimizing short video and live streaming strategies according to merchant features
- Analyze product selection strategies, optimizing product selection according to user preferences, supply-chain and platform features;
- Optimize business SOP of operation, problem diagnosis and solutions in the category; Build best practice and playbooks to help sellers adopt verified strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years experience in e-commerce or content business strategy and operation, or in consulting and operation management
- Good understanding of e-commerce, especially in fashion, beauty and home&living industries.
- Knowledge about business models of content platforms is preferred (TikTok, Youtube, IG, etc.)
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data-sensitive; strong user perspectives, and willing to use internet products to improve the operational efficiency of the business;
- Fluent in English; Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross functionally in a global working environment.
