We are a multi-disciplined manufacturing facility spread over 14,000Sqm of estate. We are based in four giant hangars that house engineering, fabrication, woodwork, finishing and a specialist manufacturing facility.
The Marketing Department helps to drive the promotion of Stage One and as a team, delivers high quality marketing content across a varied platform, including website management, photography, videography, email marketing, social media, print marketing, digital marketing and internal communications.
Marketing Manager Role:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the Marketing Strategy set by the Managing Director. This will involve managing the company's marketing activity from brief to execution as well as overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Execute against the Marketing Strategy in the form of Marketing Campaigns.
- Be responsible for identifying, briefing and managing external marketing agencies.
- Research the marketing activity of competitors.
- Work with the internal marketing team to deliver marketing output.
- Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, AdWords, print collateral and social media channels.
- Provide bespoke marketing collateral for the sales team in respect of specific project opportunities.
- Track all marketing data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to the MD.
- Work within a defined marketing budget.
People Management
- Maintain administrative duties such as diary entries, timesheet authorisation by 10am on a Monday morning, GIA of goods received, filing of paperwork, etc.
- Undertake training as required and train others, ensure all refresher training is kept up to date. To provide on-going support and mentoring to department staff.
- Promote a positive environment and motivate your team to support you in order to meet the demands of the department and in line with Company Values.
- Complete return to work interviews with staff after absence.
- Check schedules and approve and book holidays for staff.
- Assist with annual performance reviews.
- Other HR and personnel duties as required
Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally, verbally or in writing, with Department Supervisors, Production Staff & other departments all relevant information including job briefs, progress and any issues.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to all Health & Safety Regulations and promote a safe working environment by actively incorporating H&S into everyday activities.
- Ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported.
- Ensure that anyone working in the department has been inducted and completed the necessary training.
Other
- Follow all HR and Company procedures.
- Respect confidentiality of projects as required.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.
