Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Strategy Associate to join our Strategy team. This role will be based at our London Cluster Office - County Hall office, reporting into the Director of Strategy - Midway, on a permanent basis. The salary on offer is up to £60,000 per annum, based on skills and experience.

About You...

You will have considerable experience of management consulting or comparable experience, as well as;

Demonstrable experience managing complex projects or multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working with data and interpreting findings to develop clear analyses

Ability to effectively use MS Office to create clear presentations and reports

Strong social skills to build rapport and relationships with internal stakeholders

Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills

Comfortable working in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Previous experience within tourism/entertainment/hospitality or any other multi-site business would be desirable but not essential

Project management qualifications would be desirable but not essential
- Advanced data skills would be desirable but not essential
- Able to commute to our County Hall office in London Waterloo
