Bulla Co is a Gen-Z marketing agency specialising in students, that places brands at the forefront of the student market through socially savvy and creative campaigns. We’re driven by data and creativity, humanising brands and giving them a trusted voice that’s heard amongst the most diverse and hard-to-reach groups of students.
We see a huge boost in engagement through this approach of nano and micro influencers as opposed to traditional macro influencer methods, as it acts as more of a “peer -to-peer” style of promotion for brands, which generates genuine interest and conversation across the demographic all over the UK.
Launching in 2021, we’re already partnered with some huge brands including National Rail, Krispy Kreme, Domino’s, Hello Fresh, the Body Shop, Wagamama and the RAF. We have some extremely exciting campaigns launching soon with some of the biggest brands out there!
The role:
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to take the lead in producing successful brand stories and strategies. You will engineer the creative output from insight to concept and execution for both our own companies and clients marketing strategies.
You will have unmatched creative thinking ability, fantastic communication skills and a passion for brands and branding strategies as well as developing strong commercial partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the Partnerships and Accounts team in the development of proposals and campaign strategy that ensure final deliverables represent clients brief
- Demonstrate how partnerships positively impact marketing success through use of insights
- Confidently present and pitch proposals to internal stakeholders and clients
- Create proposals that fulfill clients expectations and authentically connect to target audience and brand using existing knowledge of audience, cultural editorial, tech and media trends
- Develop original and compelling cross-platform programs and creative ideas/executions for our internal marketing strategy
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years experience in creative lead and/or strategy (agency)
- Understanding of influencer marketing and how brands can leverage influencer content
to deliver outcomes across the sales funnel
- Expert in creative content across paid and organic social channels including Tik Tok,
Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin as well as UGC content for pure ad copy
- Experience working across Google Workspace, Keynote and InDesign
- Demonstrate strategy development process’ and use of analytics
- Effective communication, organisation, time management and detail oriented
- High energy and collaborative spirit with the ability to work across multiple functions
and build rapport
