The Role
This role is to help Catalyx’ clients build their business through the development of product, marketing and strategy insights that will best meet the needs and exceed the expectations of their end user. Our methodologies collect and use the collective intelligence found in end user data at speed and scale. The role of the strategist is to translate this data into business building insights.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage consumer research projects for clients.
- Identify our client's research objectives and translate it into research design.
- Identify the right research target and prepare consumer screener.
- Ensure on-time research delivery.
- Prepare and deliver research reports.
- Prepare and execute any additional analysis linked to the project.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and generate meaningful consumer insights.
- Support the development of new innovation workstreams and their implementation.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in strategic planning, brand management/marketing, consumer research or innovations (agency or client side).
- Knowledge in insights and how to build a brand strategy.
- Familiarity with Quantitative/Qualitative research methods.
- Experience in preparing written reports - summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations.
- The ability to make meaning of large amounts of unstructured content (words, video or image), turning this into strategic direction or the creative springboard for marketing and innovation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently.
- An attention to detail, with a pride for delivering excellent work that exceed client expectations.
- An excellent mastery of PowerPoint and Excel. Being adept at data analytics tools is a huge plus.
