About the Job:
Due to rapid expansion Glass Systems are looking to appoint an HGV Class 2 driver to our team in Port Talbot. The successful candidate will be reliable, professional, and flexible. The candidate will be making deliveries and collections to and from our customers throughout the UK.
You will be the face of the company and will therefore need to be presentable.
There may be early starts or late finishes, so flexibility is essential.
Shifts:
The shifts available are as follows:
Monday – Friday – Various start and finish times.
This role can include up to 2 nights out paid.
The Candidate:
The candidate will have a full Class 2 licence, they will also hold a valid CPC and digital tacho card. They will have Multi-drop and Class 2 experience and have an excellent geographical knowledge of the UK road network. They will also have experience in loading and unloading as heavy lifting may be required. Drivers will have a driving assessment and will be subject to regular licence checks. The candidate will be given on-the-job training, which can include tacho training, vehicle familiarisation , and a workplace induction.
