Overview

We are seeking an energetic Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our fun and growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, technology, and real estate while proactively bringing new marketing strategies focused on driving lead generation and building our brand.

The Strategic Marketing Specialist role is responsible for developing, directing and implementing a best-in-class brand and marketing strategy across all media platforms to grow audiences on all channels, distribute our listings to the maximum audience to create buyer and seller inquiries to sell the homes, and to maximize the listings to generate more team leads.

Below is an outline of the responsibilities that may be required in the position of Strategic Marketing Specialist in addition to other duties as assigned.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to create and execute a yearly team marketing plan
  • Work with team members individually to create and implement a yearly marketing plan with a focus on lead generation for team member
  • Work with operations manager to developing marketing materials and advertising campaigns for recruitment and team growth from conception to completion that are timely and effective

Team Lead Generation Activities

  • Quantifiable Goal of Strategic Marketing Specialist is minimum of 10 leads per month generated for the Team leading to substantial conversations for team members
  • Develop and execute on monthly marketing assets for Team (including but not limited to)

1+ regular monthly postcard for geographic farm mailings

2+ blast email campaigns for Team database

Create print advertisements/materials as needed

Additional marketing campaigns

  • Manage day to day operations of all Team social media/marketing accounts

Team Website blogging, page creation, general upkeep

  • Assist in the creation and execution of agent recruitment marketing campaigns generating recruiting leads for team growth
  • Create, Develop and Implement social media advertising and track the trends and return on investment of campaigns
  • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
  • Proactively develop and execute strategies to improve social media visibility and communication with our customers

Team Brand Awareness

  • Strategize and proactively drive brand awareness through SEO development
  • Create and Implement video content strategies
  • Record video at office, remote locations, and property listings
  • Working with team leadership coordinating team events, client event planning
  • Work with vendors and designers to create brand consistency across all websites and social media
  • Analyze website trends and identify areas for improvement and execute on said ideas

Metrics and Analysis

  • Work with management to analyze and improve lead flow follow up from marketing channels
  • Strategize with team members on any special marketing needs for listings, social media, individual client events, etc
  • Deliver weekly reports to leadership team with key performance indicators (KPI’s), and proactively identify areas for continued growth and improvement
  • Work with operations manager to segment customer/client groups
  • Create and track marketing efforts for targeted lists for team growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
