We are currently recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef at Hand Picked Hotels.
The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa is a stylish and contemporary 5 Star Hotel, guaranteeing guests an exceptional experience. The hotel has 123 room and offers the ultimate comfort and glamour through a combination of award winning restaurants including the 4 Rosette Tassili restaurant, an exclusive, atmospheric Champagne Lounge and the luxurious, award winning Spa.

The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa is busy all year round, and you will have the chance to delight out guests with your amazing afternoon teas, show stopping sweets and you will also have some exposure to our 4 rosette restaurant
About you:
- You’ll have previous experience in a similar environment and role
- You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice
- Your knowledge of food and technical skills will be outstanding
- You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Most of all, you’ll have an approachable, positive and proactive manner
