JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: St Albans
Salary: Competitive Salary

Hours: Full Time

Main purpose of the role

  • Managing the day to day running of the business key sportwear customers, with a key part in ensuring the continued success of the company’s own XXV brand as well as 3rd party brand partners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the core sportswear requirement for existing accounts along with new sportswear enquiries across the UK
  • Manage the direct supply of staff and team sportswear
  • Building and executing longer term strategic account plans and pro-actively identifying new and additional business opportunities in order to maximise sales and raise brand awareness
  • Build and maintain a high level of customer relationships
  • Contribute to the overall development of business through management of selling events and assisting in branches during the back-to-school period
  • Brand development of our Stevensons’ own sportswear branch XXV, including brand awareness marketing
  • Playing a key part in new business acquisition process
  • Liaise with the Buying Department, branch managers and customer services regarding any sportswear changes.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of bespoke sportswear products, fabric sourcing, design and manufacture
  • Knowledge of available stock supported ranges
  • Experience within the sportswear industry essential
  • Good general knowledge surrounding a multitude of mainstream sports
  • Able to work independently but also able to communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
