ProblemShared is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. Our digital journeys are right at the heart of what we do and our goal is to offer seamless digital experiences to support exceptional healthcare.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person-centric IT Support Technician to help non-technical users working in a home/remote environment with all technical aspects of their work. This will include one-on-one help, backed by an external IT support services team, as well as managing software services and hardware supplies.

Requirements
- A demonstrable track record in an IT support engineering role
- Well-organised with good administrative skills
- Effective and open communication
- Person-centric with patience in supporting non-technical users
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-growing remote home-working environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with 3rd party suppliers and partners
- Can-do attitude to helping people resolving their technical problems
- Personable to be able to support clients with technical problems
What the job involves
- Purchase and administration of end-user IT equipment
- IT asset management
- IT data security compliance
- Coordination of user account management
- New starter account setup/Leavers account revocation coordination
- New starter IT inductions
- Manage the return of equipment from leavers
- Application Support
- Monitor and manage End-user device compliance
- Email account management
- User license management for SaaS subscriptions
- Work closely with the external IT support team to provide a good technical experience for our users
- Research, propose and implement products and tools to improve the end-user experience
- Some client technical support
