The Role
This firm is seeking a Corporate Partner to join them at an exciting time of growth in their City of London office.
This firm is well known for its corporate work in Private Equity M&A work and do a huge amount in this area. They are looking to bolster their well-established team with more senior-level experience and are therefore looking to bring in a Partner/Senior Associate.
The team are recognised in the Legal 500 & have several lawyers within the practice ranked in Chambers.
They work across a number of industries including business services, chemicals, defence, financial services, healthcare, technology, sports, life sciences and telecoms and are regularly in the key league tables for their involvement in complex private equity deals.
You will get involved in a variety of largescale matters including leveraged acquisition and recapitalisation, strategic M&A, joint ventures, portfolio company representation, equity financing, consortium deals, restructuring and buy-ins/buyouts.
You will be able to build on your existing practice and reputation, use your specialisms and/or work in spheres that you have as yet been unable to work in.
