Job description
Newspace Containers Ltd is a leading manufacturer of modular temporary accommodation, secure storage, welfare facilities, and portable retail outlets. Newspace is a successful manufacturing company that has gone through substantial growth in the last few years through hard work and great service.
Rota: Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.30, Friday 07.30 to 13.00
As the Lining Feed Runner, you will be engaged in the highly exacting manufacturing of Anti-theft modular container units.
You will be responsible for delivery of products from the Stores Department into various locations throughout the business and act as the primary conduit for delivery and the identification of material shortages between various areas of the shopfloor and the warehouse.
Whilst reporting directly to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will interface with many departments to achieve the business objectives.
Requirements
· Physically capable of performing all roles within the team.
· Attention to detail.
· Good communication skills.
· Basic computer literacy
· Quality driven, strive to always work to the highest standards.
· Forklift licence
- Lydney is within easy commuting distance of Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol and South Wales. We operate a travel allowance policy paying 30p per mile over a 30 mile return commute.
