Job description
Stores Person/Delivery Driver
Based at our Boston site in a busy shop. Serving customers face to face, and on the phone. A knowledge of agricultural spares and engineering supplies would be an advantage, but not essential. You will also deliver items to our customers and between our three sites.
Applicants will need to have: Good communication skills, a clean driving licence, attention to detail and be willing to work as part of a team.
The main hours of work are 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am till 12.
The scope of work will include, but not be limited to:
Interpreting and processing customer orders for agricultural spares and engineering supplies.
Entering orders into a computer system.
Answering phone calls from customers.
Delivering orders to customers and between our sites with our van
Keeping the shop tidy and organised and the shelves stocked as necessary.
Mixing paint for customer orders.
Making hydraulic pipes.
Resolving customer queries as they arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
