Sodexo Live! at Newcastle United Football Club, St. James' Park are currently looking to add to our Back of house team. Stores Person are a vital part of any great team!! Maintain cleanliness and hygiene and health and safety of the operation to the required standard. They are required to be proactive with their job list and communicate effectively with both front and back of house teams.
Main Responsibilities- Take in all food-related deliveries and check off, look for any damaged or short loads.
- Store stock in correct areas such as Dry Stores, Walk-In Fridge/Freezer and Chemical Stores, always rotating stock properly.
- Deal with discrepancies with deliveries or suppliers and report them accordingly to either chef or Supply Solutions. Keeping records of this
- Deal with suppliers through phone calls, emails or in person.
- Order food products/disposable stock for Dry Stores to cover functions or matches.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good space awareness
- Previous stock control experience with a food related background
