MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Washington area on a full-time basis.

This is a full-time position leading to permanent after a successful probation period.

We are looking for candidates interested in working within a warehouse / stores environment. The role would see you carrying out general warehouse; including picking and packing, quality inspection and completing duties for despatch and inventory as designated by your supervisor.

Job Specification

The Role

• Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
• Will be picking orders ready for dispatch within a busy warehouse environment
• Manual handling of products and allocation of stock
• Dealing with inbound / outbound deliveries
• Organising stock and counting stock levels
• Inputting stock into database, using computer systems
• Placing of receipted goods in correct locations
• Finding the aisle location, picking out the orders accurately
• Stock control / stock checks
• Labelling products
• Quality inspection on all products
• Manual handling of products
• General housekeeping, keeping work area clean and tidy

The Candidate

• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
• Physically fit as it will involve manual handling and heavy lifting
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
• Must be IT Literate
• Have stores experience

The Hours

• Permanent dayshift: 7:00am - 15:00pm
• Working Monday - Friday
• Full-time work position
