Location: Llansamlet, Swansea

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: National Minimum Wage for age + £0.30p per hour

We are currently looking for Business Support Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of the Business Support department in a variety of administrative duties.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking an entry-level role where they can grow and develop within the business support team in a busy and reputable professional services environment, while undertaking a L2/3 NVQ in Business Administration. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, approachable and able to provide a high standard of customer service to our clients.

Key Deliverables

- Represent the firm at all times with the highest levels of customer care, integrity and professionalism

- Answer queries from client and staff

- Paper and digital filing including maintenance of documents in our electronic filing systems

- Undertake reception duties when required

- Assist in keeping the Firm’s practice management system up to date

- Supporting with tax submissions

- General Copy typing/amending documents/generating letters/fee notes

- Processing credit/debit card payments and transactions from clients

- To continually review existing processes/procedures for continuous improvement

- Deliver on all agreed targets and objectives

- Provide other administrative support and duties as and when required

Person Specification

Education

- GCSE English and Maths

Knowledge

- MS Office especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook
