Storeperson (Part Time)
Located right on the river edge in the centre of Royal Windsor, Sir Christopher Wren Hotel & Spa is a popular four star hotel in an unbeatable setting. Comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge, the hotel offers a collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre, The Brasserie restaurant and bar, and the Wrenâs Club spa and fitness centre. The perfect riverside location is just steps from Windsor Castle, and is popular for tourists as well as visitors for meetings and events.
We require a pro-active Store Person, ideally with prior experience of working with food and drink products.

We require an enthusiastic and energetic person with prior experience in Food & Beverage to look after the various Stores areas within the hotel. As Storeperson you will have:
- Hotel experience within an F&B role
- Good communication and organisational skills & be a team player
- Computer Literacy (Excel and email) and the ability to understand basic accounts systems and spreadsheets.
- Self motivation with the ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
- Working knowledge of H&S and Food Hygiene procedures ideally hold Level 2 certificates.
- Be physically able to carry/move heavy goods up and down stairs as not all parts of the buildings have a lift
- A secure, work history with references.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week and occasional Saturdays
What will I be doing as Storeperson?
- Receiving all deliveries made to the Hotel, from fresh foods , all types of beverages to toilet paper etc, ensuring that they are stored in the right place and in the correct manner.
- Ensuring all health & safety and hygiene practices are followed.
- Making appointments for the team on a weekly basis as per targets & produce weekly activity reports
- Dealing with any initial sales enquiries and brochure requests and to pass on to the relevant member of the Sales team
- Placing orders dry foods, liquor, chemical, paper ware and stationary goods; maintaining par stock levels and keeping within budgeted guide lines.
- Organising and issuing all goods from the stores to the relevant departments
- Maintaining all stores in a clean and tidy manner
- Inputting delivery notes and checking against purchase orders, bringing any discrepancies to the Head Controller's attention.
