Catering Partner Levy UK, are looking for a creative Sous Chef to join the team at Brentford Football Club!
Overall Purpose of the Role
§ To create “The Levy Difference” with food production and service that exceeds the guests’ expectations through effective management.
§ To provide strong leadership while delivering and managing the kitchen operation, whilst controlling procedures and costs.
§ Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class catering product to our clients and customers, ensuring that performance standards are achieved through the use of Levy Signatures guidelines.
