Our Store Team Members deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product queries and providing a prompt service with a smile.
Store Team Members at Home Bargains cover a range of store duties including customer service, stock replenishment, cash handling and helping to maintain excellent store standards.
Job OverviewCandidates will be hardworking, enjoy working in a retail store and have experience of cash handling and processing deliveries.
Successful candidates are provided with on-the-job training and gain essential transferable retail skills.

Minimum Criteria To Apply- Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
- Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
- Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment

Store Team Member rates of pay depend on age, ranging from £7.48 per hour for below 18 year olds, £9.06 for 18 - 20 year olds, and £10.86 for those 21 and over.
Available contracted hours are:
- 3 x 8 hour contracts (Weekends)
- 1 x 20 hour contract (This role will involve cleaning duties in store and you will need to be available any 5 days over 7 during the following times - Monday - Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm , Saturday 3:30pm to 7:30pm and Sundays 1:30pm - 5:30pm.
