Job description
Job Duties:
- Taking customer orders accurately, both face to face, and over the telephone.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Cleaning duties - adhering to assigned cleaning duties
- Food Serving/Quality control management - adhering to food serving and portion control guidelines
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Undertake all training given both internal and external
- Following the operations manual/staff code of conduct to the letter
- Hot plate/Fryer duties/counter area - when required to cover busy periods
Qualifications / Experience:
Ideal candidates should have previous experience and shop based customer service and/or experience of working in a busy fast paced environment.
Level 2 Food Hygiene desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours:
Shift work. Shop hours are from 12-to 8.30 / 9.30pm. Must be flexible. Rotation of shifts is a key requirement.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
