Rokit is the beating heart of London's vintage scene with a worldwide online audience and has proudly held this title for nearly 30 years. Our four stores are based in vibrant and exciting London neighbourhoods; Covent Garden houses our flagship, the vintage haven Brick Lane hosts two stores and our original bricks and mortar stands opposite the market in Camden where the brand was born one sultry summer in 1986.
The rest of the team are based under one roof in the UK's largest vintage warehouse where around 8,000 garments are processed for the stores every week, the Rokit Recycled team customise and create clothing and accessories from unusable garments alongside the website and marketing teams.

Two opportunities have arisen in our London stores for a part and full time supervisor or key holder to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic and passionate individual to take on their next challenge within the company.
THE ROLE
The main objective of this role is to support the management team to drive the store and brand forward.
Leading by example by delivering a high level of customer service that represents Rokit and stands out from the high street and our competitors.
Creating and maintaining an energetic, motivating environment for both the team and our customers.
Maintain store standards and housekeeping to present the brand to the highest our ability.
Play an integral role in recruitment, training and development of the store team.
They will anage operational tasks and markdowns. Ensuring delivery is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsible for opening and closing the store.
Ensure team are compliant with company policy and procedures.
MUST HAVES
Positive, motivated attitude.
High level of customer engagement.
Experience driving and monitoring store KPI’s.
Team player with good communication skills.
Able to recognise talent but also deliver constructive feedback and coach in the moment.
Strong attention to detail.
Stay abreast of current and emerging fashion trends.
Flexible and reliable.
