As a Trainee Finance Specialist, you will play a vital role and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. We are looking for a talented individual who is fluent in German and possesses a keen interest in finance. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of German clients
Ensuring invoices raised are paid in a timely manner
Working with the business in Germany to resolve any issue
Provide an outstanding client experience
Produce monthly statements for the clients
Work closely with the sales ledger team
Post payments to the system
Maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in both written and spoken German is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior experience or internships in finance, accounting or customer service is a plus, but not required.
