Job description
We are looking for a Store Manager with strong communication skills who can make the store thrive day by day. You will be the backbone and the face of the company, in charge of your team, of driving sales and of customer satisfaction. A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail and a drive for perfection will make you successful in this role.
Who are we?
Lola's Cupcakes has been going since 2006. It was founded by 2 ladies, who were focused on the quality & attention to detail of their delicious cakes. The truth is they were not bakers, decorators, or indeed culinary experts at all, they learned a lot of this as each order started to land on their doorstep, and the rest is history…. Fast forward 5 years, the company was taken over by a family, who are still looking after the girl's initial vision, of making delicious cakes for every celebration. We hope you can help be a part of this journey.
