Position: Store Manager
Are you passionate about leading by example and exceeding sales targets? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in our new Telford store. As a Store Manager you will have the drive and passion to grow your store whilst developing and coaching your Deputy Manager. This is an office-based role focusing on sales, customer service, administration, and facility management.

Salary: £26,000 Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus (of up to £670 per month) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Average of 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm / Saturday: 9am - 3pm / Sunday: 10am - 3pm (on average staff work every other weekend)

The Role
The Store Manager reports to the National Manager and takes accountability for the day to day running of the store to achieve operational business objectives, sales targets and customer satisfaction.
This is a varied role covering:
Ø Sales
Ø Business Development
Ø Customer Service
Ø Administration
Ø Facility Management
Key Duties
Sales
Ø High focus on achieving sales results and meeting KPI's on a month-to-month basis
Ø Respond and close enquiries in a timely manner providing an excellent service throughout
Ø Act to maximise merchandise and insurance sales
Ø Identify opportunities for up selling and customer retention
Customer Service
Ø At Titan Storage Solutions we place the customers at the centre of our business and expect staff to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills in person, over the phone and via email
Ø Manage customer accounts, queries and activities on site and take responsibility for the customers at your store
Ø Desire to provide the best possible experience during every customer interaction
Ø Take the lead on handling customer complaints in your store
Administration
Ø Adhere to all operational administrative processes and audit requirements in your store
Ø Manage customer accounts, payments, and debtors
Ø Maintain a high standard of admin on customer contracts
Facility Management
Ø Ensure the property and units are clean and well presented
Ø Take an active role in managing Health & Safety compliance
Ø Manage contractors and clients on site
Ø Take accountability for management of incidents and property maintenance
This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who is a people person, sales focussed, and results driven. An ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team is a must and you should thrive on taking responsibility and ownership of your store.
Ideal Store Manager candidates will:
Ø Be computer literate
Ø Have experience in a customer and/or sales facing position with responsibility for managing their results
Ø Have great leadership and self-management capabilities
Ø Show a strong ability to problem solve and demonstrate good decision making
Ø Demonstrate a hunger and desire to drive their store forwards
Ø Have excellent communication skills
Ø Possess a positive can-do attitude
Full on the job training will be provided and you will be expected to travel to our Solihull store for training (expenses will be covered)

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
