Job Description
Working with a Global Asset Manager who are currently looking for a Compliance Officer for a maternity cover. This position will be generalist in nature, with a focus on monitoring of front office activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting trade compliance monitoring across all asset classes traded and implementing system improvements.
- Overseeing the provision of comprehensive advisory, monitoring and control services
- Advisory relating to multiple lines of strategy
- Keep up to date on relevant regulatory developments
- Undertake due diligence checks and sanctions screening
- Conduct thematic reviews and maintain and improve the compliance monitoring programme.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience within an Asset Manager, Investment Bank or other buy-side firm
- Compliance experience across monitoring, surveillance & advisory would be ideal
