Location: Samsung Experience Store, Norwich
Salary: £37,000- £40,000 (25% bonus potential - OTE £46,250- £50,000)
Role Summary:
The Store Manager is accountable for delivering PRS& Samsung goals, through alignment with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, inspiring inspirational customer service, operational compliance and execution while having an unswerving desire to introduce Samsung products that enrich customers connected lives through unrivalled interactions.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Health and safety across the site
- Maintaining store standards at all times
- Managing colleagues across all departments on all metrics they are accountable for
- Following the PRS processes, guidelines and policies at all times
- Key holding and general shift management
- Planning prioritising and delegating your own and others work, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
- High level resource management, ensuring budgets across the board are adhered to

- Experience in people management, leadership and direction – setting a clear direction for your team, inspiring others, and able to articulate our values with conviction
- Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty

- The ability to prioritise workloads while balancing a multiskilled team's deployment in a multilevel site
- A commercially minded approach to retail
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to promote the benefits of change to those around you
- Previous high level retail management experience is essential
- Knowledge of the Samsung eco system and a love for all things tech
- Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning

- Shop floor management
- People observations across all metrics
- KPI performance across the teams
- Delivering a great brand experience to all customers across sales and service
- Management of all sales colleagues via reviews / conduct and capability process
- Coaching and mentoring across a variety of topics
- Ensuring all colleagues are 100% complete on training metrics
- Information analysis of any local market changes that may impact trade
