Bubbleology® is a leading Bubble Tea brand, crafting made-to-order tea-based beverages with delicious freshly cooked tapioca. We strive to make a better bubble tea, brewing our bases with organic jasmine & black tea, and offering a variety of milk alternatives and light versions of our drinks.
We are currently looking for a dedicated, professional, and experienced Store Manager for our Soho Store with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude to provide excellent customer service.
We are looking for an energetic manager to lead and develop the Bubble Tea team. A Manager, who will set shop objectives that not only achieve but succeed in company targets.
What you'll need:
- Strong leadership and management ability
- The ability to motivate and inspire your Bubble Team
- Passionate about food, drinks, and people
- Ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs for your Bubble Tea Store
- Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Procedures
- Manage team schedule, recruitment and training
- Managing shop operations and reporting to Area Manager
- Keep good communication between all Team Members
- Promote potential Bubbleologists to give progression opportunities
- Following guidelines, Bubbleology’s standards and reinforcing our brand.
