What you’ll do:
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Grow the business and drive sales
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Manage scheduling for the store
- Research item values to ensure accurate pricing standards
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
- Able to prioritize the workload
- Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant Retail Store Management experience
- Strong operational skills
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong knowledge of retail management software
- Post secondary education in business and/ or fashion is encouraged
