A day in the life
- Lead, coach and support the Eveningwear Department through the company vision, mission, and core values.
- Prioritize guest connections and provide world-class guest experiences.
- Support in facilitating successful trainings, performance/development meetings, and monthly staff meetings.
- Efficiently run, organise and take care of post-purchase Bridal servicing.
- Effectively resolve sensitive customer issues or concerns within the guidelines of the company policy.
- Model the selling environment, lead by example on sales, product and training in order to ensure the highest level of Eveningwear customer service and sales.
- Place customer orders with suppliers via email/fax/web.
- Receive and unbox all incoming customer shipments.
- Monitor customer orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide other administrative duties, as required.
- Tell it like it is in the fitting room, giving tactful, honest feedback and guidance to customers on style, trends and fit.
- Support in facilitating successful trainings, performance/development meetings, and monthly staff meetings.
- Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the department “runway ready,” including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, trunk show preparation and light cleaning.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or diploma (business administration or fashion related discipline an asset).
- 3+ years’ experience as a manager in a service driven environment.
- Proven track record of success.
- Astute with common sense and quick on your feet.
- Confident in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
- Ability to manage/work quickly through pos & inventory systems.
- Proficient Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Office skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
