Excited for a new opportunity? Dunelm are recruiting for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor for our Home Delivery Network transport office in Bristol.

Our Customer Care Team are responsible for contacting our customers to discuss their deliveries, communicating to our customers via phone, email and SMS messaging. We are all one big happy family, delivering excellent customer service but during these tricky times.
As this is based in a transport office the environment is busy and fun with lots of opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the customer journey. You will not only be managing customers needs and supporting their delivery experience but you will also be communicating with drivers and managing reports and stock for the local depot.

Our Home Delivery Network operates six days per week, but we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work a minimum of 40 hours a week Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm – subject to discussion)
We are looking for someone that wants to join our growing successful company, sharing the excellent desire we get with helping our customers and of course having the same passion for our home delivery network and company values as we do.
All training will be on the job training with existing colleagues so an ability to work in a fast paced and fun environment is desired along with an excellent customer service skill. The role involves outbound calls to our customers as well as reporting using Microsoft and transport systems, inbounds calls from customers and delivery crews and also the occasional team’s call.
