Job description

Are you interested in health and social care where you wish to pursue a career in care? Well, if so, Hartley Care, in York, Selby and surrounding areas, are recruiting people who are new comers to care as well as current healthcare workers looking for:

Shift patterns: Long Day- 7am-10pm, early- 7am-2pm, late- 3pm-10pm

What we can expect is:

• Flexibility, work on a rota basis - mixture of early and lates.
• Communication/liaise with management -this is key as we do not want vulnerable people missed or left without care etc.
• Assist/provide personal care; Provide Nutrition and hydration support; Support with medication needs; Assist in domestic duties; Comply with all policies and procedures;
• To report back any concerns relating to the health of the service user;
• To participate in team meetings;
• To work together to constantly improve services

What you can expect from us:

• Weekly rota basis - in advance to know your shift patterns- through IT System Care Planner;
• Above average pay rates;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
